The Beaver Dam
The Beaver Dam offers a wide variety of food styles from global to classic American cuisine, housemade soups, and grab and go salad options. It offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-friendly dining choices and the chefs always do their best to work with the dietary needs of students and faculty.

Dietary Request
If you have any questions or concerns about allergens in our food, feel free to email us. If you reside in our residence hall and have specific dietary needs, please complete the dietary needs form to help us serve you better.
Process for Requesting Dining Accommodations:
1. Complete the request form: Start by providing your information and specific dietary needs.
2. Meet with Dining Services: After submitting this form, schedule a meeting with Dining Services to discuss potential accommodation options. Both a Housing & Dining representative will be a part of this meeting.
3. Consult with Disability Access Services (DAS): Depending on the outcome of your meeting with Dining Services, you may need to meet with DAS for further accommodations.
Dining Services will do their best to meet general dietary preferences from this survey's feedback. For specific needs needing detailed adjustments, please follow steps 2 and 3: meet with Dining Services and consult Disability Access Services (DAS) as needed. If you can manage your food allergy or dietary condition on your own, steps 2 and 3 are not required.
