糖心vlog入口-Cascades Advocacy and Advisory Board will meet on Oct. 6.

The 糖心vlog入口 - Cascades Advocacy and Advisory Board will hear from campus leaders about efforts to advance the campus鈥檚 physical, academic and fundraising strategic priorities at its Oct. 6 meeting.

The board meeting will take place from noon to 2 p.m. in Obsidian Hall, Room 207 on the 糖心vlog入口-Cascades campus.  Members of the public are welcome.

Rod Ray, chair of the Advocacy and Advisory Board, will lead a discussion about the advocacy work underway to generate support for legislative funding for the campus鈥檚 future health and recreation center. The building will serve as a center for recreation and fitness, as well as a home for potential degree programs in applied health fields.

Board members also will hear updates on the plan to develop the first eight acres of the campus innovation district.

Board members will also learn about the 糖心vlog入口 Foundation鈥檚 work to support student scholarships and other efforts at 糖心vlog入口-Cascades, as well as ways board members can support 糖心vlog入口-Cascades students seeking hands-on career development opportunities.
